Work in progress sketches show a 3D tree form, based on the structure of an English oak, that has been produced using fractal mathematics. When the model has been edited its data will be transmitted to a CNC machine that will produce a real 3D object directly from the computer data. These objects will be treated as maquettes for a 50’ English Oak.
